In order to use the uploading feature, a user's PKI certificate and password is required. The PKI certificate and password are uploaded on your user profile. Privileges can be granted to authorized users.

The process can be as quick as several days. Begin by emailing us the on-boarding spreadsheet with all applications listed. Once we receive the spreadsheet, we will email you back a spreadsheet of data that we gathered. You will confirm the data and email us back the spreadsheet. That's it on your end. In a few days, your entire patent estate will be available including all past IDS filings and a list of previously filed references.
